Ingredients
- 1 - white wine
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 pounds halibut or firm white fish
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, minced
How To Make halibut or firm white fish

Step 1Marinate fish in wine and salt 1 hour. Drain on paper towls and dip both sides in crumbs. Place in buttered baking dish. Combine sour cream, mayonaise and green onions and spread over fish. Bake at 400 degrees until fish fish flakes with fork.
