Ingredients
- 6 ounces 4 oz halibut steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 slices lemon
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 6 sprigs thyme
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fennel seeds
- 6 sprigs parsley
- - pepper to taste
How To Make halibut in foil

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Tear aluminum into 6 large squares. Brush each square with olive oil.

Step 2place halibut in the center of square. Drizzle each steak with wine. Put a thyme and parsley spring on each piece along with 1 slice of lemon and a few fennel seeds.

Step 3Grind pepper over each piece of fish and seal foil into a packet. Place all packets on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
