haddock with sour cream
How easy is this? Cole slaw and salad , easy meal for us to make ! Enjoy ! Again as many of my other recipes this one is for my Flavors of Cape Cod Group and the recipe came from the cookbook with the same name and entered by Evelyn Mora.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds haddock fillets
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 package prepared stuffing mix
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make haddock with sour cream

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 DF Place haddock on aluminum foil in pan and cover with soured cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, than spread stuffing mix over all. Sprinkle with marjoram and paprika over stuffing.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or longer, depending upon thickness of fish.
