  • 1 can(s)
    (3 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise ( i love miracle whip)
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped green onion
  • 2 slice
    whole grain bread
  • 1 slice
    american cheese (or your favorite)

How to Make Grilled Tuna Melt


  1. MIX tuna, mayo and onions.
  2. FILL bread slices with tuna mixture and sliced cheese.
  3. COOK in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Substitute
    Substitute celery or red onions for the green onions.
