grilled tuna melt
There is nothing like combining two comfort food favorites, grilled cheese and tuna melts..Mmmm Mmmm Good. A little high on the calories but Ohh so worth it. I made this with Franz's San Juan Bread and swiss cheese this time but next time I think I'll add some guyere shavings as well as a few dill pickles on it too. possibilities are endless.

Ingredients
- - your favorite tuna salad
- 4 slices favorite bread, rye, whole grain or sourdough work best
- 4 slices favorite cheese
How To Make grilled tuna melt

Step 1Butter one side of each slice of bread.

Step 2Put enough tuna salad to cover slice of bread on two slices of bread opposite side from the butter.

Step 3Cover with 2 slices of your favorite cheese cover with second slice of bread butter side up.

Step 4Place on hot griddle buttered side down, flip when browned. Remove off griddle when cheese is melted and bread is well browned.
