Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 6 swordfish steaks (6 ounces each, 3/4 inch thick)
How To Make grilled swordfish with dill-mustard sauce

Step 1Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the mustard and the next 4 ingredients. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Step 2Grill the steaks covered, over hot coals (400 to 500 degrees F) for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Baste the fish frequently with the butter mixture while the fish is grilling.
