  • 4
    1 1/2 to 2 # salmon, cut into 4 pcs.
  • 1/2 tsp
    sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    rosemary, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    herbes de provence
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How to Make Grilled Salmon with Herbs

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat grill to med-high
  2. Combine all spices and herbs, mix well.
  3. Cover top of salmon with spice mixture.
  4. Grill 4 - 5 min. on each side.
