MARINADE:
-
1/4 colive oil

1/4 csoy sauce
-
1/8 cdjon mustard
-
1/4 choney
-
2 Tbspliquid smoke
-
1 Tbspginger
-
1 Tbspgarlic powder
-
1 Tbspcurry powder
-
1 Tbsplemon or lime juice
How to Make GRILLED SALMON BY BATES
- Whisk all ingredients for marinade until mixture is well blended and smooth.
Place salmon in shallow dish and brush generously with marinade
Place in fridge for 1 hour - When ready to cook, preheat grill to medium high heat.
Remove salmon from fridge and give another brushing with marinade
NOTE: IF YOU DON'T HAVE A GRILL USE A CAST IRON OR HEAVY NON STICK SKILLET. - Place salmon skin side up on grill and cook 3-5 minutes, then turn skin side down and cook 3-5 more minutes
Check frequently to avoid overcooking (your grill may cook faster than mine).
Fish is done when you can easily flake it with a fork.
Plate and serve immediately.
