How to Make Grilled Salmon
- 1Juice the lemons and melt the butter. Combine the two and pour over the salmon fillet.
- 2Sprinkle with the seasonings, as desired. I use either the lemon pepper OR the Montreal steak seasoning, but not both.
- 3Place meat side down on a very hot grill for 5 minutes. At the end of 5 minutes, flip to skin side down, and cook an additional 5-10 minutes until done.
- 4Slice the salmon off of the skin (it comes off easily),and place on a serving tray. Serve immediately. Let the skin on the grill cook down until it can be scraped off. Discard.
