- 3-4 tablespoons ginger, fresh, grated

How To Make grilled or baked salmon with brown sugar/ginger

Step 1pat the brown sugar over the salmon, you can use more or less according to your taste. Real maple syrup works great too!

Step 2sprinkle on the grated ginger, I like lots.

Step 3top with lemon slices and dot with butter and it's ready!
