Ingredients

  • - salmon
  • 1 - lemon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons ginger, fresh, grated
  • - butter, cold
  • WHAT YOU NEED

How To Make grilled or baked salmon with brown sugar/ginger

  • Step 1
    pat the brown sugar over the salmon, you can use more or less according to your taste. Real maple syrup works great too!
  • Step 2
    sprinkle on the grated ginger, I like lots.
  • Step 3
    top with lemon slices and dot with butter and it's ready!
