Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepprt to taste
- 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
How To Make grilled molasses glazed shrimp

Step 1Thread shrimp onto skewers. Brush shrimp with oil and season with salt. Combine molasses, lemon juice, cilantro and black pepper in a bowl; stir well. Prepare grill. Place shrimp skewers on grill and cook 3 minutes on each side or until done. Basting often with molassws mixture. Makes 4 servings.
