tuna, white solid premium in water, drained
1 Tbsp
celery ribs, diced
1 Tbsp
red onion, diced
1 Tbsp
mayonnaise, light
3/4 tsp
prepared mustard
dash(es)
oregano
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 slice
whole grain bread gluten free i use rudi's
1 oz
mozzarella cheese, low-fat

How to Make Gluten Free Tuna Melt

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat broiler.
  • 2In small bowl combine tuna, celery, red onion, mayonnaise and mustard.
  • 3Add seasonings and mix well.
  • 4Toast bread and spread with tuna mixture.
  • 5Top with cheese.
  • 6(If desired, cut into narrow slices and weave)
  • 7Broil until tuna is hot and cheese has melted.
