Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tuna, white solid premium in water, drained
- 1 tablespoon celery ribs, diced
- 1 tablespoon red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
- 3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
- dash oregano
- - salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 slice whole grain bread gluten free i use rudi's
- 1 ounce mozzarella cheese, low-fat
How To Make gluten free tuna melt

Step 1Preheat broiler.

Step 2In small bowl combine tuna, celery, red onion, mayonnaise and mustard.

Step 3Add seasonings and mix well.

Step 4Toast bread and spread with tuna mixture.

Step 5Top with cheese.

Step 6(If desired, cut into narrow slices and weave)

Step 7Broil until tuna is hot and cheese has melted.
