Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tuna, white solid premium in water, drained
  • 1 tablespoon celery ribs, diced
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
  • 3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • dash oregano
  • - salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 slice whole grain bread gluten free i use rudi's
  • 1 ounce mozzarella cheese, low-fat

How To Make gluten free tuna melt

  • Step 1
    Preheat broiler.
  • Step 2
    In small bowl combine tuna, celery, red onion, mayonnaise and mustard.
  • Step 3
    Add seasonings and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Toast bread and spread with tuna mixture.
  • Step 5
    Top with cheese.
  • Step 6
    (If desired, cut into narrow slices and weave)
  • Step 7
    Broil until tuna is hot and cheese has melted.
