going down memory lane....
In honor of my mom "pictured here" ! A couple of ladies on here were talking about what they remember their mothers making using soup. I had not thought about what similar meals we had, and after having wonderful memories stirred up I decided to post what my mom use to make here....sorry no pictures to go along :-( This is from memory...so I hope I remember it correctly..:-)))

Ingredients
- - two large cans of tuna - drained
- - 1 can cream of celery soup
- - 1/2 can milk
- - 1/4 onion chopped
- - 1/4 green pepper chopped
- - 4 slices american cheese
- - 4 large rolls
- - salt and pepper
How To Make going down memory lane....

Step 1Drain the tuna well.

Step 2Fry the onion and green pepper in a small amount of butter.

Step 3Mix the soup with the milk. Add the onions and peppers. Mix, add the tuna. Add some salt and pepper.

Step 4Cut the rolls in 1/2, top with the tuna mixture, and top with cheese.

Step 5Place under the broiler till the cheese has melted.
