    salmon, skinless filet
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    complete seasoning
  • 1/4 c
    sweet chili sauce
  • 1
    garlic clove, smashed
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Glazed Pan Seared Salmon


  1. Combine Sweet Chili sauce, garlic & horseradish, set aside
  2. cut the salmon in 3-4 pieces, sprinkle each side with complete seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, pour olive oil/butter on med-high sear the salmon 3 minutes per side...then glaze with the sweet chili sauce mixture.
