- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon complete seasoning
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 - garlic clove, smashed
- 1/4 teaspoon horseradish
How To Make glazed pan seared salmon

Step 1Combine Sweet Chili sauce, garlic & horseradish, set aside

Step 2cut the salmon in 3-4 pieces, sprinkle each side with complete seasoning.

Step 3In a skillet, pour olive oil/butter on med-high sear the salmon 3 minutes per side...then glaze with the sweet chili sauce mixture.
