general tso grilled salmon w/veggies
I am trying out new ways of making salmon, this one is a huge hit...

Ingredients
- 4 - salmon filets, skinned
- 1/2 cup general tso sauce
- 1/4 cup roasted sesame seeds
- 2 medium squash-sliced thick
- 2 medium zuchinni-sliced thick
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - drizzle of olive oil
How To Make general tso grilled salmon w/veggies

Step 1slice the squash and zuchinni in rounds or long strips. place on a grill friendly pan ( you can also do this indoors on a saute pan)

Step 2drizzle the veggies with olive oil, salt & pepper.

Step 3salt and pepper the salmon filets and place on top, brush with general tso sauce....cover and cook for about 15 mins...depending on the thickness. sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over jasmine rice...
