Ingredients
- 4 ounces rotini
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 clove shalotte, chopped
- 1/2 pound medium shrimp, deveined, peeled
- - kosher salt
- - black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - parlsley, to garnish
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
How To Make garlicky butter shrimp on rotini

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions, drain.

Step 2In large skillet, melt butter over mediium heat. Add garlic and shallot and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and cook for about 3 minutes, until shrimp turns pink. Toss occasionally.

Step 4Add drained rotini to pan and toss well so that all flavors are absorbed. Divide onto two plates, garnish with parsley and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
