I love Red Salmon, but too many times I have found it to be dry. I discovered this way to cook it, and found that it is a crowd pleaser. No matter how small the crowd!

Ingredients

  • 2 - individual frozen red salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons low fat/low sodium best foods mayonaise

How To Make garlic baked red salmon

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 use an oven safe baking dish with lid. Spray bottom of dish with Pam spray olive oil.
  • Step 2
    Remove Salmon from wrapper while still frozen. Do Not thaw salmon, this works great if it remains frozen. Put 1 tablespoon of the minced garlic under each fillet spread it so the fish lays on the garlic.
  • Step 3
    Spread the mayonnaise thinly over each fillet. Sprinkle remaining garlic over the top of mayo. Cover and bake for 35 minutes covered, and the last 10 minutes uncovered.
