I love Red Salmon, but too many times I have found it to be dry.
I discovered this way to cook it, and found that it is a crowd pleaser. No matter how small the crowd!

How to Make Garlic Baked Red Salmon

  1. Heat oven to 350
use an oven safe baking dish with lid.
Spray bottom of dish with Pam spray olive oil.
  2. Remove Salmon from wrapper while still frozen. Do Not thaw salmon, this works great if it remains frozen. Put 1 tablespoon of the minced garlic under each fillet spread it so the fish lays on the garlic.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise thinly over each fillet.
Sprinkle remaining garlic over the top of mayo.
Cover and bake for 35 minutes covered, and the last 10 minutes uncovered.
