How to Make Garlic Baked Red Salmon
- Heat oven to 350
use an oven safe baking dish with lid.
Spray bottom of dish with Pam spray olive oil.
- Remove Salmon from wrapper while still frozen. Do Not thaw salmon, this works great if it remains frozen. Put 1 tablespoon of the minced garlic under each fillet spread it so the fish lays on the garlic.
- Spread the mayonnaise thinly over each fillet.
Sprinkle remaining garlic over the top of mayo.
Cover and bake for 35 minutes covered, and the last 10 minutes uncovered.
