1Cut fish into bite size pieces. In skillet, saute onions and mushrooms in butter till soft. remove from pan.
Add fish and saute till done just a few minutes.
Add back the onions and mushrooms to skillet.
2Combine lime juice, salt,worstershire sauce,mustard, and sour cream.
Stir into fish mixture. heat thru and serve over rice.
. I use the long grain and wild rice. it goes with it perfect, as does plain. xoxoxo
