I found this recipe on a box of mjb rice in 1980. it is a keeper for sure. our family will eat their fish with this. xoxooxox :)

Ingredients
- 1 pound fish fillets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1 cup - mushrooms fresh or canned
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make fisherman stroganoff

Step 1Cut fish into bite size pieces. In skillet, saute onions and mushrooms in butter till soft. remove from pan. Add fish and saute till done just a few minutes. Add back the onions and mushrooms to skillet.

Step 2Combine lime juice, salt,worstershire sauce,mustard, and sour cream. Stir into fish mixture. heat thru and serve over rice. . I use the long grain and wild rice. it goes with it perfect, as does plain. xoxoxo
