Broccoli flowers add an elegant touch to any dish. I really encourage you to add orange marmalade to your fish dishes. It really is quite good. Sometimes, I make a Marmalade Fish Almondine to die for!

How to Make Fish with Marmalade, Sesame, and Broccoli Flowers

Step-by-Step

  1. After spraying your pan liberally, place it skin side of fish down.
  2. Then, sprinkle the flour over the fish.
  3. Follow by spreading marmalade and sprinkling garlic.
  4. Cover fish with broccoli flowers, tender stalks, and leaves. Sprinkle with worcestershire sauce. Add dill.
  5. Pour wine around the rim of the pan.
  6. Sprinkle olive oil very liberally over the entire dish.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and herb blend. The Pruners' Blend is whenever you prune your herbs, you dry them all together and pulverize. The blend was cilantro heavy this time.
  8. Cover very tightly with tin foil. Bake at 325F until fish is white and flaky.
  9. Serve with mint yogurt sauce and my wild rice mix.
