  • 6
    tortilla shells (corn is less calories)
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning (1 tsp penzy's bold taco seasoning)
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 16 oz
    cod or orange roughy filets
  • ·
    cabbage, shredded

  • ·
    lime wedges
  • ·
    olives, sliced
  • ·
  • ·
    cheese, shredded

How to Make Fish Tacos


  1. Sauce: combine sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning to taste. Set aside.
  2. Seasoning Paste: Combine oil, lime juice, and remainder of taco seasoning over entire fish.
  3. Grill or Broil: until fish flakes easily, approximately 10-15 minutes.
  4. Divide: fish evenly among tortillas, top with cabbage, sauce and fold. Serve with optional ingredients as desired.
