Ingredients

tortilla shells (corn is less calories)
1 pkg
taco seasoning (1 tsp penzy's bold taco seasoning)
1/2 c
sour cream
2 Tbsp
milk
1 Tbsp
lime juice
16 oz
cod or orange roughy filets
cabbage, shredded

OPTIONAL GARNISHES

lime wedges
olives, sliced
salsa
cheese, shredded

How to Make Fish Tacos

Step-by-Step

  • 1Sauce: combine sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning to taste. Set aside.
  • 2Seasoning Paste: Combine oil, lime juice, and remainder of taco seasoning over entire fish.
  • 3Grill or Broil: until fish flakes easily, approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • 4Divide: fish evenly among tortillas, top with cabbage, sauce and fold. Serve with optional ingredients as desired.
