1 pkgtaco seasoning (1 tsp penzy's bold taco seasoning)

1/2 csour cream

16 ozcod or orange roughy filets

How to Make Fish Tacos
- Sauce: combine sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning to taste. Set aside.
- Seasoning Paste: Combine oil, lime juice, and remainder of taco seasoning over entire fish.
- Grill or Broil: until fish flakes easily, approximately 10-15 minutes.
- Divide: fish evenly among tortillas, top with cabbage, sauce and fold. Serve with optional ingredients as desired.
