Ingredients
- 6 - tortilla shells (corn is less calories)
- 1 package taco seasoning (1 tsp penzy's bold taco seasoning)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 16 ounces cod or orange roughy filets
- - cabbage, shredded
- OPTIONAL GARNISHES
- - lime wedges
- - olives, sliced
- - salsa
- - cheese, shredded
How To Make fish tacos

Step 1Sauce: combine sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning to taste. Set aside.

Step 2Seasoning Paste: Combine oil, lime juice, and remainder of taco seasoning over entire fish.

Step 3Grill or Broil: until fish flakes easily, approximately 10-15 minutes.

Step 4Divide: fish evenly among tortillas, top with cabbage, sauce and fold. Serve with optional ingredients as desired.
