Ingredients

  • 6 - tortilla shells (corn is less calories)
  • 1 package taco seasoning (1 tsp penzy's bold taco seasoning)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 16 ounces cod or orange roughy filets
  • - cabbage, shredded
  • OPTIONAL GARNISHES
  • - lime wedges
  • - olives, sliced
  • - salsa
  • - cheese, shredded

How To Make fish tacos

  • Step 1
    Sauce: combine sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning to taste. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Seasoning Paste: Combine oil, lime juice, and remainder of taco seasoning over entire fish.
  • Step 3
    Grill or Broil: until fish flakes easily, approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Divide: fish evenly among tortillas, top with cabbage, sauce and fold. Serve with optional ingredients as desired.
