Ingredients
- 1 - egg white
- 3/4 cup beer, open and flat no carbs.
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups aunt jemima pancake mix ,original
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup water
How To Make fish batter

Step 1Combine egg white,beer,1/3 cup water and 2 teaspoons oil.add dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.Heat oil in fryer i use electric skillet to 375 degrees.pat fish fillets dry;if the batter wont adhere dust with flour first. Fry 3-5 mins,depending on thickness of fillets,or until golden brown.Fish with no bones will float when done
