Ingredients
- 4-6 medium talapia, filets,bout 3/4 pound
- 1 medium white onion ,1/2ed then sliced thin
- 1 small red pepper,sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon dried celery leaves
- 1 ounce monterey jack cheese,grated
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make fish and veggies

Step 1line cookie sheet with extra long piece of foil[u want to be able to cover and seal fish] preheat over to 375

Step 2use fresh or defrosted fish place on foil on cookie sheet slice onion than pepper over fish add celery over all put salt and pepper on

Step 3seal foil well put in oven set timmer for 20 min remove from oven put some cheese on each piece of fish do not cover put back in oven til cheese melts bout 5 min serve fish with veggies as a side dish

Step 4we had this with sweet tater fries and mango cubes

Step 5NOTE: u can make this early in the day cover and put in fridge it gives fish better flavor from the veggies
