Ingredients
- 2 packages 6-oz. pkgs. white tuna, packed in water (drained)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped (more to taste)
- 1/4 cup pitted & chopped kalamata olives
- 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- lettuce leaves
- whole grain bread
How To Make fancied-up tuna salad

Step 1Combine tuna salad ingredients (tuna through celery) in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2Add tuna mixture to 4 sandwiches and add tomato slices and lettuce.
