Ingredients
- 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 3 tablespoons water
- 6 - flour tortillas, or 2 cups spanish rice, rice cooked
How To Make easy shrimp fajitas

Step 1Heat 1 tbsp oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add the peppers and onion. Cook until slightly crisp-tender. Remove veggies from skillet.

Step 2Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in skillet. Add shrimp. Cook, stirring until shrimp are pink. Reduce heat to low. Return veggies to skillet.

Step 3Stir in taco seasoning and water. Stir to coat evenly. Simmer until thickened and heated through. Serve w/ tortillas, or over rice.
