An easy Italian-style fish. The cooking creme gives the fish a subtle flavoring.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 - tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 - 10 oz tub philadelphia tomato and basil cooking creme
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups cooked long grain or white rice

How To Make easy italia tilapia

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add fish to skillet and sprinkle w/ pepper. Cook fish about 3 mins per side, or until fish flakes easily.
  • Step 2
    Remove fish from skillet, keep warm. Add cooking creme to skillet. Cook, stirring for 2 mins. Remove 1/4 cup creme.
  • Step 3
    Add peas and rice to skillet. Cook, stirring until heated through. Spoon rice mix onto lg platter. Top w/ fish and reserved creme.
