The cooking creme gives the fish a subtle flavoring.

    olive oil
  • 4
    tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1
    10 oz tub philadelphia tomato and basil cooking creme
  • 1 c
    frozen peas
  • 2 c
    cooked long grain or white rice

How to Make easy Italia tilapia


  1. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add fish to skillet and sprinkle w/ pepper. Cook fish about 3 mins per side, or until fish flakes easily.
  2. Remove fish from skillet, keep warm. Add cooking creme to skillet. Cook, stirring for 2 mins. Remove 1/4 cup creme.
  3. Add peas and rice to skillet. Cook, stirring until heated through. Spoon rice mix onto lg platter. Top w/ fish and reserved creme.
