my family and friends loves the taste and is very easy to make.also very healthy.

yield 2 a portion each

Ingredients

  • 2 - tilapia, snaper filetts,or your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sliced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 slice clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sessame seed oil
  • 4 slices mushrooms of choice
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - thinly cut scallions.
  • 2 - pieces aluminum foil to form pockets

How To Make easy asian style fish

  • Step 1
    place each piece of fish in the aluminum foils,fold all sides.mix all the ingredients and pour over each one.close at top loosely,and bake at 400 in pre-heated oven,if possible a toaster oven, cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or to taste.
  • Step 2
    can be serve with either glazed carrots,vegetables of choice or either brown/ white rice/rissoto basmanti etc.the rice can be pilaff or flavored with fish or chicken broth.
