Ingredients For drema's shrimp salad

  • 1 pkg
    pasta curls, colored
  • 1 lg
    cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 2
    eggs, hard boiled, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    french dressing, hot
  • 3 c
    shrimp, salad small precooked, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tsp
    canola oil

How To Make drema's shrimp salad

  • 1
    Cook pasta according to package directions in salted water. *Tip - I usually cook mine a little less time - the pasta should be firm enough to mix or toss and remain firm) Drain, rinse and place in large mixing bowl. Add 1 teaspoon canola oil and toss pasta thoroughly.

    Add remaining ingredients along with precooked salad shrimp and stir gently.

    Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold.
