These are the best salmon patties I've ever made. The fresh salmon really makes it good!

Ingredients
- 1 pound skinless salmon fillets
- 1 sleeve of saltine crackers
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped, fresh parsley
- canola oil for pan frying
How To Make crispy salmon patties

Step 1Prreheat oven to 350

Step 2Bake salmon fillets for 15 minutes or until done and flakes easily with a fork.

Step 3Crush cracker crumbs. I use the food processor.

Step 4Mix together all ingredients, except oil and shape into patties (this makes 6 or so.

Step 5Heat oil in a large skillet. Fry salmon patties over medium high heat until golden and crispy, about 4 minutes oer side.

Step 6Drain on paper towels and serve!
