Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 - onions,chopped
- 2 cloves garlic,chopped
- 1/2 - each green,red,and yellow pepper,chopped.
- 2 - celery stalks,chopped
- 1 can stewing tomatoes.
- 1 tablespoon chili power
- 6 - drops hot sauce.
- 10 oz - mushrooms, whole,chopped.your choice
How To Make creole shrimp.

Step 1In a deep 12" cast iron skillet cook bacon till chrisp. Remove from skillet. Crumble and set a side. In the bacon drippings add onoin,garlic,and peppers. Cook till onions are clear.

Step 2Add tomatoes,celery,chili power,hot sauce,A dash of salt and black pepper. Simmer for 5-10 min. Now add shrimp and mushrooms. Cover simmer for 15-20 min. Remove lid, top with bacon. Serve over cooked rice.
