Ingredients

1/2 lbbacon
-
1 1/2 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined
-
2onions,chopped
-
2 clovegarlic,chopped
-
1/2each green,red,and yellow pepper,chopped.

2celery stalks,chopped
-
1 can(s)stewing tomatoes.
-
1 Tbspchili power
-
6drops hot sauce.
-
10 ozmushrooms, whole,chopped.your choice
How to Make Creole Shrimp.
- In a deep 12" cast iron skillet cook bacon till chrisp. Remove from skillet. Crumble and set a side.
In the bacon drippings add onoin,garlic,and peppers. Cook till onions are clear. - Add tomatoes,celery,chili power,hot sauce,A dash of salt and black pepper. Simmer for 5-10 min.
Now add shrimp and mushrooms. Cover simmer for 15-20 min. Remove lid, top with bacon. Serve over cooked rice.
