I always search for new recipes with fish. I have my family eat seafood at least once a week. My kids don't like to eat fish, but they love this recipe.I found this recipe in a very old cookbook.I hope your family will enjoy it too.

- 1 pound fish fillets of your choice (perch,cod)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make creamy fish dish

Step 1Thaw fish fillets, wash ,and drain them on a paper towel. Arrange fillets in a single layer in a 2 qt.shallow baking dish.

Step 2In a saucepan, combine undiluted soup and sour cream;blend thoroughly.Add 3/4 cup cheese;heat over low flame, stirring constantly until cheese melts.

Step 3Spread mixture over the fish.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until fish flakes.

Step 4Sprinkle 1/4 cup remaining cheese;return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta.
