This recipe is handed down from my mothers mother. I always looked forward to dinner when we had this. Was a popular dinner on friday nights during Lent.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cans tuna packed in oil
- 1 can peas and carrots
- 3 - egg, hard boiled
- 4 slices american cheese
- - salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder
- - bread for toast
How To Make creamed tuna on toast

Step 1Melt butter in medium pan over medium heat. Add flour and stir to blend. Slowly add milk and stir until it starts to thicken a bit.

Step 2Add drained tuna, peas & carrots, diced up hard boiled eggs. Stir in salt, pepper, onion and garlic to your own taste.

Step 3Add 4-5 slices of American cheese and stir until melted. Reduce heat to low. Test and see if you want anymore seasoning. Toast your bread and butter it. Place on serving plate and top with creamed tuna. Serve and enjoy.
