creamed tuna on toast
When we were kids, my mother was on a shoe string budget. By the end of the week the cupboards were getting bare and she would have to throw something together for us to eat. This was usually what she would throw together. Its quick and easy and most kids love it if they like tuna! Even my husband and my son enjoy this one!

Ingredients
- 1 can chunk light tuna (the firm chunk kind)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 to 3 - handfuls of baby peas
- dash pepper
How To Make creamed tuna on toast

Step 1In a sauce pan combine the cream of mushroom soup, dash of pepper and peas. Heat on low setting so not to scald and burn.

Step 2If the mixture seems too thick you can add a dash of milk, but you want a thick mixture and not runny. Break up your tuna adding it to the creamed mixture. Heat to a low simmer bubble.

Step 3Serve over buttered toast.
