crab & shrimp salad

I had this in Alaska and it was so good, so I came home and thru trial and error, I finally got it right. I hope you enjoy it. Serve on Texas toast or regular toast as a sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 bunch green onion, diced
  • 1 pound imitation crab meat chopped ( or 3 cans of crab meat )
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make crab & shrimp salad

  • Step 1
    Mix together and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Serve on toasted bread. Texas toast is great for this.
