I'm starting to like fish more and more now that I realize you can pretty much do anything with it. I liked this a lot when my sister made it recently, hope you do too. I'll post a picture as soon as I make it at home :)

Ingredients
- 2 - tilapia fillets (about 4 oz each)
- 1-2 tablespoon olive oil, light
- 1 tablespoon chili powder, medium or hot, your choice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin, powdered
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
How To Make citrus chili tilapia

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2Place the tilapia fillets in a glass baking dish and rub on all sides with the olive oil.

Step 3In a small bowl, stir together chili powder, cayenne pepper, and cumin.

Step 4Sprinkle the tilapia on both sides with the spice mixture and rub in well, then sprinkle orange zest over top.

Step 5Bake in preheated oven until the tilapia flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
