How To Make cheese and breadcrumb crusted salmon w/ rice
-
Step 1pre-heat the oven to 450 Cook rice according to the directions I used long grain white rice. Cook frozen peas and set aside. Open and rinse the salmon filets. Put the butter and milk in a small bowl and microwave for 1 min 30 secs or until heated mix in the cheese packet. Add the peas to the rice and mix them together add the cheese sauce and mix it up. Line a cast iron skillet with foil (a baking dish will work just as well). Pour the rice and pea mixture in the skillet. Spread it out evenly. Put the salmon on a plate and lightly sprinkle the breadcrumbs over both pieces and lay salmon on top of the rice mixture, sprinkle the breadcrumbs on the top of the rice and salmon lightly and then sprinkle the shredded cheese on the entire dish. Put it in the oven and sit back and relax.
