Ingredients

2 lb
crawfish tails ( cooked)
1 stick
butter
2 can(s)
golden mushroom soup
1/2 c
oil
1 small
can of tomatoe sauce
3
stalks of celery ( chopped)
1 small
white onions
1
bell pepper ( chopped)
1 clove
garlic ( chopped)
1/2 c
green onions ( chopped)
mushrooms (optional)
salt & pepper to taste
tony chachere's seasoning to taste
water ( desire consistancy )

How to Make Charlene's Easy Crawfish Etouffe'e

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter
  • 2Saute' celery until tender
  • 3Add white onion,bell pepper,and garlic until tender.
  • 4Add mushroom soup, oil, and tomatoe sauce.
  • 5Heat and add crawfish tails.
  • 6Salt & pepper and Tony's seasoning to taste
  • 7Simmer till bubbly and crawfish is hot.
  • 8Add water to the consistancy
  • 9Sprinkle green onions
  • 10Serve and Enjoy !!!!
