  • 2 lb
    crawfish tails ( cooked)
  • 1 stick
  • 2 can(s)
    golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 small
    can of tomatoe sauce
  • 3
    stalks of celery ( chopped)
  • 1 small
    white onions
  • 1
    bell pepper ( chopped)
  • 1 clove
    garlic ( chopped)
  • 1/2 c
    green onions ( chopped)
  • ·
    mushrooms (optional)
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste
  • ·
    tony chachere's seasoning to taste
  • ·
    water ( desire consistancy )

How to Make Charlene's Easy Crawfish Etouffe'e


  1. Melt butter
  2. Saute' celery until tender
  3. Add white onion,bell pepper,and garlic until tender.
  4. Add mushroom soup, oil, and tomatoe sauce.
  5. Heat and add crawfish tails.
  6. Salt & pepper and Tony's seasoning to taste
  7. Simmer till bubbly and crawfish is hot.
  8. Add water to the consistancy
  9. Sprinkle green onions
  10. Serve and Enjoy !!!!
