Ingredients
- 2 pounds crawfish tails ( cooked)
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 small can of tomatoe sauce
- 3 - stalks of celery ( chopped)
- 1 small white onions
- 1 - bell pepper ( chopped)
- 1 clove garlic ( chopped)
- 1/2 cup green onions ( chopped)
- - mushrooms (optional)
- - salt & pepper to taste
- - tony chachere's seasoning to taste
- - water ( desire consistancy )

Step 1Melt butter

Step 2Saute' celery until tender

Step 3Add white onion,bell pepper,and garlic until tender.

Step 4Add mushroom soup, oil, and tomatoe sauce.

Step 5Heat and add crawfish tails.

Step 6Salt & pepper and Tony's seasoning to taste

Step 7Simmer till bubbly and crawfish is hot.

Step 8Add water to the consistancy
