Ingredients

  • 2 pounds crawfish tails ( cooked)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 small can of tomatoe sauce
  • 3 - stalks of celery ( chopped)
  • 1 small white onions
  • 1 - bell pepper ( chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic ( chopped)
  • 1/2 cup green onions ( chopped)
  • - mushrooms (optional)
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • - tony chachere's seasoning to taste
  • - water ( desire consistancy )

How To Make charlene's easy crawfish etouffe'e

  • Step 1
    Melt butter
  • Step 2
    Saute' celery until tender
  • Step 3
    Add white onion,bell pepper,and garlic until tender.
  • Step 4
    Add mushroom soup, oil, and tomatoe sauce.
  • Step 5
    Heat and add crawfish tails.
  • Step 6
    Salt & pepper and Tony's seasoning to taste
  • Step 7
    Simmer till bubbly and crawfish is hot.
  • Step 8
    Add water to the consistancy
  • Step 9
    Sprinkle green onions
  • Step 10
    Serve and Enjoy !!!!
