Ingredients

  • 4 cans chicken and rice soup
  • 20 ounces frozen cut okra
  • 2 cans 16oz.cans stewed tomatos
  • 12 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 ounces crabmeat, fresh
  • 2 cans vegetable stock
  • 12 ounces catfish nuggets, skin removed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - hot sauce to taste.
  • 3/4 cup slury to thicken

How To Make camper's seafood gumdo.

  • Step 1
    in a 14" dutch oven (pre-heat on med heat) add soup and veggey stock. heat to a simmer while mixing. once it comes to a simmer,add all other ingredients stir to mix well. . cover with lid. simmer over med-low heat for 30-40 min.Just befor serveing add slury and mix well. serve with hard bread,or crackers.
