Ingredients
- 4 cans chicken and rice soup
- 20 ounces frozen cut okra
- 2 cans 16oz.cans stewed tomatos
- 12 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 ounces crabmeat, fresh
- 2 cans vegetable stock
- 12 ounces catfish nuggets, skin removed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- - hot sauce to taste.
- 3/4 cup slury to thicken
How To Make camper's seafood gumdo.

Step 1in a 14" dutch oven (pre-heat on med heat) add soup and veggey stock. heat to a simmer while mixing. once it comes to a simmer,add all other ingredients stir to mix well. . cover with lid. simmer over med-low heat for 30-40 min.Just befor serveing add slury and mix well. serve with hard bread,or crackers.
