I love catfish and this is very easy , for a fast meal. Be prepared for totally empty plates.

Ingredients

  • 6 - fresh or frozen skined catfish thawed
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon whole oregano
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butted
  • 1 cup dry breascrumbs
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • - lemon wedges and parsley for garnish

How To Make caftish parmesan

  • Step 1
    pat fish dry with papper towles.
  • Step 2
    combine breas crumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings; stir well.
  • Step 3
    dip catfish in butter, and roll each in bread crumb mixture.
  • Step 4
    arrange fish on a well greased 13x9" baking pan. bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easly when tested with a fork.
  • Step 5
    garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
