I love catfish and this is very easy , for a fast meal. Be prepared for totally empty plates.

    fresh or frozen skined catfish thawed
  • 1/4 c
    fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    whole oregano
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    melted butted
  • 1 c
    dry breascrumbs
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    whole basil
  • 1/2 tsp
  • ·
    lemon wedges and parsley for garnish

How to Make caftish parmesan


  1. pat fish dry with papper towles.
  2. combine breas crumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings; stir well.
  3. dip catfish in butter, and roll each in bread crumb mixture.
  4. arrange fish on a well greased 13x9" baking pan. bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easly when tested with a fork.
  5. garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
