Ingredients
- 6 - fresh or frozen skined catfish thawed
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon whole oregano
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup melted butted
- 1 cup dry breascrumbs
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon whole basil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- - lemon wedges and parsley for garnish
How To Make caftish parmesan

Step 1pat fish dry with papper towles.

Step 2combine breas crumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings; stir well.

Step 3dip catfish in butter, and roll each in bread crumb mixture.

Step 4arrange fish on a well greased 13x9" baking pan. bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easly when tested with a fork.

Step 5garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
