1 lbsalmon fillet

1 Tbspreduced sodium soy sauce
4 tspdijon mustard
1 tsprice wine vinegar
How to Make Brown Sugar - Glazed Salmon
- Cut salmon into 4 fillets; Place in a foil - lined - 15×10×1 inch baking pan; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard and vinegar; bring to a boil.
- Brush evenly over salmon; broil 6 - inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
