    salmon fillet
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 4 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    rice wine vinegar

How to Make Brown Sugar - Glazed Salmon

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut salmon into 4 fillets; Place in a foil - lined - 15×10×1 inch baking pan; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard and vinegar; bring to a boil.
  3. Brush evenly over salmon; broil 6 - inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
