a search for a recipe lead me to Emeril.com and this recipe. I made this tonight and we loved it! Wished we had more trout for leftovers! I did alter the recipe some to our taste, and here is my version of it

Ingredients
- 16 ounces lake trout
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- - salt, cayenne pepper or cajun seasoning to taste
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
How To Make broiled trout

Step 1turn broiler on to preheat

Step 2season trout with salt and cayenne pepper or Cajun seasoning

Step 3mix butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce together

Step 4place trout in shallow broiler pan lined with foil

Step 5pour butter mixture over trout, broil for 5 to 7 minutes

Step 6turn trout over with spatula and cover with onions

Step 7broil 5 to 7 minutes longer until trout is flakey. Be careful because it will burn quickly

Step 8remove some of the onions before serving
