Ingredients
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 tsp lite mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 pound tilapia fillets
How To Make broiled tilapia fillets

Step 1Preheat broiler. Place foil on broiler pan, spray foil w/ cooking spray.

Step 2Arrange fillets in single layer on pan. Broil 2-3 min. Flip fillets over and broil 2 mins.

Step 3In small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season w/ bail, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well. Remove fillets from oven. Cover fillets evenly w/ parmesan mix, on top of fish only. Broil 2 min, or until fish flakes easily.
