grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp
butter, softened
1 Tbsp
plus 1-1/2 tsp lite mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/8 tsp
dried basil
1/8 tsp
onion powder
1/8 tsp
celery salt
1 lb
tilapia fillets

How to Make Broiled tilapia fillets


  • 1Preheat broiler. Place foil on broiler pan, spray foil w/ cooking spray.
  • 2Arrange fillets in single layer on pan. Broil 2-3 min. Flip fillets over and broil 2 mins.
  • 3In small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season w/ bail, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well. Remove fillets from oven. Cover fillets evenly w/ parmesan mix, on top of fish only. Broil 2 min, or until fish flakes easily.
