  • 1 1/2 lb
    bay scallops
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Broiled Scallops


  1. Turn on Broiler, Rinse scallops and place in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with Garlic Salt, Melted Butter, and Lemon Juice.
  2. Broil 6 to 10 minutes or until they start to barely turn Golden. Remove from Oven,
  3. Serve with More Melted Butter and a splash of lemon as a dipping sauce on the side. Goes Great with Steaks.... ENJOY.
