Ingredients

  • 4 - fish filets, your choice
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • dash black pepper

How To Make broiled fish w/ parm

  • Step 1
    Mix all topping ingredients together.
  • Step 2
    Place fish on baking pan and spread topping to cover fish.
  • Step 3
    Broil til fish is flaky and topping is golden brown. Double recipe if making more!
