- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- dash black pepper
How To Make broiled fish w/ parm

Step 1Mix all topping ingredients together.

Step 2Place fish on baking pan and spread topping to cover fish.
