    fish filets, your choice

  • 1/2 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/8 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1/8 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    celery salt
  • dash(es)
    black pepper

How to Make broiled fish w/ parm


  1. Mix all topping ingredients together.
  2. Place fish on baking pan and spread topping to cover fish.
  3. Broil til fish is flaky and topping is golden brown. Double recipe if making more!
