Ingredients
- 1/2 pound cooked and crumbled bacon.
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste, italian
- 2 teaspoons white wine
- 1/2 stick butter, unsalted
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 cups rice, cooked, cooled
- 4 - greenor red bell peppers,hollowed out.
- 1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs
- - salt and pepper,to taste.
How To Make bob's stuffed bell peppers with shrimp

Step 1In a cast iron skillet cook bacon tillcrisp. Remove with a slotted spoon. Place on paper towl and crumble.To the pan add butter and melt. Cook onion and cellery till almost done. Now add tomato past and wine. stir and simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste, add srimp,cook abought 6 min. Reduce heat . Add cooked rice and stir.Keep on very low.

Step 2In a bambo steamer steam peppers till soft.Stuff each pepper with mixture and bake in the oven set at 325 for 15 minutes..Sprinkle with cracker crimbs befor serving
