  • 2 slice
    day old bread,cut into 1/4" cubes
  • 1 large
    egg...slightley beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce.
  • 1 tsp
    ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3 can(s)
    (6oz each)crabmeat,drained,flaked & cartilage removed
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How to Make Bob's Crab Cakes


  1. In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients.
    add crab;mix gently.
    Form into 8 balls;flatten slightly;
    In a large nonstick skillet,cook crab cakes in oil for 4-5 minutes on each side. or until browned.
