beer, at room temperature
1Place flour in mixing bowl.
2Add egg yolks, salt, vegetable oil and beer. Stir together until thoroughly mixed.
3Cover, and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
4Just before using, stir batter.
5In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but NOT dry.
6Gently fold beaten egg whites into cold batter.
7Coat pieces of fish, and fry in 360 degree oil until pieces float.
