How to Make BEER BATTER FOR FISH
- Place flour in mixing bowl.
- Add egg yolks, salt, vegetable oil and beer. Stir together until thoroughly mixed.
- Cover, and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Just before using, stir batter.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but NOT dry.
- Gently fold beaten egg whites into cold batter.
- Coat pieces of fish, and fry in 360 degree oil until pieces float.
