Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, separated
- 3/4 cup beer, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons table salt
How To Make beer batter for fish

Step 1Place flour in mixing bowl.

Step 2Add egg yolks, salt, vegetable oil and beer. Stir together until thoroughly mixed.

Step 3Cover, and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 4Just before using, stir batter.

Step 5In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but NOT dry.

Step 6Gently fold beaten egg whites into cold batter.

Step 7Coat pieces of fish, and fry in 360 degree oil until pieces float.
