Always been a meat lover,but my Husband is a health food nut,so i have to find ways to spice up it up!!This glaze is very aromatic,but don't let that stop you,its also very delicious!!!

Ingredients

salmon fillets
4 clove
garlic,minced
1 1/2 Tbsp
white wine
2 Tbsp
honey
1/3 c
balsamic vinegar
4 tsp
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh oregano
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 400degrees.Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • 2In small saucepan,over medium heat ,cook and stir Garlic about 3 minutes.Mix in white Wine,Honey,balsamic vinegar,mustard,salt and pepper(to taste).Simmer,uncovered till slightly thickened.
  • 3Arrange salmon fillets on foiled lined baking sheet.Brush fillets with balsamic glaze,sprinkle with oregano.
  • 4Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes,or untl flesh flakes easily with a fork.Brush fillets with remaining glaze,and season with salt & pepper.Enjoy!!
