Always been a meat lover,but my Husband is a health food nut,so i have to find ways to spice up it up!!This glaze is very aromatic,but don't let that stop you,its also very delicious!!!

Ingredients
- 6 - salmon fillets
- 4 cloves garlic,minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make balsamic glazed salmon

Step 1Preheat oven to 400degrees.Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 2In small saucepan,over medium heat ,cook and stir Garlic about 3 minutes.Mix in white Wine,Honey,balsamic vinegar,mustard,salt and pepper(to taste).Simmer,uncovered till slightly thickened.

Step 3Arrange salmon fillets on foiled lined baking sheet.Brush fillets with balsamic glaze,sprinkle with oregano.

Step 4Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes,or untl flesh flakes easily with a fork.Brush fillets with remaining glaze,and season with salt & pepper.Enjoy!!
