Always been a meat lover,but my Husband is a health food nut,so i have to find ways to spice up it up!!This glaze is very aromatic,but don't let that stop you,its also very delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • 6 - salmon fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic,minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make balsamic glazed salmon

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400degrees.Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Step 2
    In small saucepan,over medium heat ,cook and stir Garlic about 3 minutes.Mix in white Wine,Honey,balsamic vinegar,mustard,salt and pepper(to taste).Simmer,uncovered till slightly thickened.
  • Step 3
    Arrange salmon fillets on foiled lined baking sheet.Brush fillets with balsamic glaze,sprinkle with oregano.
  • Step 4
    Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes,or untl flesh flakes easily with a fork.Brush fillets with remaining glaze,and season with salt & pepper.Enjoy!!
