Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons whole grain or dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs - panko or unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
- freshly ground black pepper & salt to taste
- 4 4-oz. salmon filets
How To Make baked salmon with honey-walnut topping

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a shallow roasting pan with parchment paper and cooking spray.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine melted butter, mustard, and honey - set aside. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, nuts and parsley.

Step 3Place salmon filets in pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush honey mixture generously over the tops and sides of each fillet. Sprinkle tops with crumb mixture - pressing into sides and top gently.

Step 4Baked 12-15 minutes - watch carefully.
