Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons good honey
  • 3 tablespoons good dijon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4- 6 oz - salmon steaks
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • - sea salt to taste

How To Make baked salmon dijon

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325'F.
  • Step 2
    Arrange salmon steaks in a baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Mix the honey, mustard and lemon juice together and spread a thin layer on the salmon steaks.
  • Step 4
    Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 5
    Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
  • Step 6
    Enjoy!
