This is my favorite recipe because the fish is creamy and moist, but you still have a little crunch from the croutons.
My daughter loves it. She would never eat fish without it being fried but loves this recipe.

How to Make Baked Ranch Walleye


  1. Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease or use baking spray to the baking dish/pan.
  2. Generously spread the ranch dressing on all fillets. Generously put crushed croutons on top of the ranch dressing. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Make sure the fish flakes apart easily in thickest part of fillet.
  3. Let sit for 1 minute. Serve and Enjoy!
